In 2019, the TennCare Connect Mobile App launched statewide, receiving over 4,300 downloads and facilitating the submission of 4,200+ documents.

As Associate Creative Director, I led a team of 5, overseeing the creation of the mobile UI guide, sitemaps, wireframes, visual comps, and quality assurance to ensure smooth development and deployment.
